Program Breakdown

Plan 1

This 12-week online program is designed for individuals experiencing symptoms of depression.

During this program, we focus on essential thinking and behavioral skills to help the patients become more engaged in day to day activities. We will work on evaluating negative beliefs and thought processes and their relationship with depression. Our goal is to adjust the negative thinking so that they can think about and adapt to the things that are happening to them; this allows them to adjust the way they behave and think about their problems in a way that is not as negative and instead in a way that is potentially more positive and more productive.

Plan 2

This 12-week online program is designed for individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety.

During this program, we help patients to change their thoughts and actions. We try to help them understand that in any given situation, they will have thoughts and feelings about it, and will behave in a certain way. These thoughts, feelings, and actions all interact and influence each other. Our goal during this program is to teach patients how to identify and change their destructive and disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions.

Plan 3

With end-users being the core focus of the design thinking framework, this session will focus on empathizing with target segment by using tools to break down customer problems and needs at each step of the engagement cycle. This will help you have a better, focused idea of how to approach your product design, individual iterations, and market strategy.

Plan 4

In this program, we help patients learn some strategies that would be helpful in handling their stress and mood problems related to the traumas that they have experienced in their life. This is a 14-week online psychotherapy treatment. The treatment offered is a special type of cognitive-behavioral therapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) called cognitive processing therapy (CPT). CPT is specialized in treating patients who have experienced traumatic events. CPT has proven efficacy in treating individuals experiencing traumas including first responders, veterans, sexual and physicals assault victims, and refugees to name a few. CPT teaches patients to become the therapist of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

In this course, we will talk about trauma-informed care. This care is designed specifically to address the need for healing from traumatic events and to facilitate recovery through therapy.

Plan 5

Addiction Support

This is a 7 week online cognitive behavioral approach to teaching skills that include assertiveness, decision making, problem-solving, stress management, and goal setting program that is offered to patients with Substance Use Disorder and Post-Traumatic Disorder.

Our Method is a therapeutic approach for addressing co-occurring substance use disorder (SUD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) that focuses on establishing safety. Cognitive techniques will help the patients to change their unhelpful and negative thoughts that are related to the traumas that they have experienced in their life into more realistic and reasonable thoughts. Interpersonal therapy helps them focus on their relationships with their peers and family members and the way they see them. It helps them explore issues in their relationships with others and work on them. Behavioral techniques will help them to identify and change potentially unhealthy behaviors. And finally, a combination of these three techniques enables them to handle their distress to avoid addictive behaviors that could control their life.  This treatment is called seeking safety because Safety is the number one goal of this therapy.

Plan 6

CBTi for insomnia

This 7-week online program is based on a simple but powerful idea that insomnia is caused by thoughts and behaviors that can be changed. CBTi helps the patients to deal with their inaccurate thoughts about sleep and negative sleep behaviors effectively and to change their lifestyle practices that negatively affect their sleep.

Plan 7

The method of therapy in this 8-week program is a combination of supportive psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). In supportive psychotherapy, we help the patient face the difficult life event or painful experience, to cope with their symptoms and overcome the problems and improve their overall functioning in life, by supporting them and helping them through the way. Understanding their thoughts, emotions, and things they do and the relation between them is the goal of CBT and helps them learn to change their thought process to be able to be more realistic in challenging situations.

Plan 8

CBT for pain management takes an active problem-solving approach to tackle the many challenges associated with the experience of chronic pain for these groups of patients. Rather than seeing themselves as helpless and disabled because of their pain. CBT encourages them to take back control and re-engage in activities. During this course, we will be talking about some key components of CBT for chronic pain including cognitive restructuring and relaxation training. This is a 12-week course.

Plan 9

Adolescent Anxiety

This 9-week online program is designed for adolescents with anxiety disorders. It focuses on cognitive-behavioral strategies. It helps them learn some techniques that would be helpful in handling stress, improving their self-esteem, becoming less fearful and more confident. All the sessions are designed for this age group.

Plan 10

Cancer or terminal medical disease
